The Coach

25+ years turning film into decisions.

At Ulster University I built the women's programme from local league to the Irish Superleague — Northern Conference titles, National Cup finals, a Centre of Excellence — and coached the men's side to a Premier League title and back-to-back Intermediate Cups.

Today I'm assistant coach and the sole analytics and scouting lead at Geelong United in the NBL1 South Women's league, and I coach Ireland and Northern Ireland 3x3 across the senior, U23 and Team NI squads.

NBL1 women's is the starting point, but if there are box scores for your competition I can almost certainly scout it. Tell me the league and I'll confirm before you pay anything.
