ScoutRoom is Patrick O'Neill, trading as ScoutRoom (ABN 20 620 425 317). When you buy a Teardown, Matchday pack, 5-Game pack, Finals pack, or Season pack, you're paying for a written scouting analysis (and, on Matchday and above, access to the live bench app for that game), built from public box-score data plus your own Synergy or FastScout access if you add it.
Orders are handled manually, not by an automated system. After payment you'll get a receipt from Stripe and an email from me within 24 hours to confirm your team, opponent, and any login details. Delivery is within 48 hours of those details being confirmed (Finals pack orders get priority turnaround).
Full refund any time before your scout build starts. Once a report is delivered, no refund: you've received the work.
If something's wrong with what you've received (a factual error, a missed detail, anything that doesn't match what was promised), email me and I'll fix it directly. That's a correction, not a refund case, and it's free. Corrections are turned around within 24 hours.
Two places collect your information: the free Self-Scout lead form on the site, and the order/checkout process via Stripe.
The club, league and email address you submit go straight to me by email so I can build and send your free Self-Scout. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for anything beyond replying to you about that request.
Payment is processed by Stripe: I never see or store your card details. Stripe passes me your name, email and order details so I can deliver the product and answer support questions. If you add Synergy or FastScout login details for a paid tier, those are used only to build your own order and are never stored in ScoutRoom's own database or shown to any other client. No mailing list, no third-party analytics, no ad tracking. If that changes, this page changes with it.
