ScoutRoom is Patrick O'Neill, trading as ScoutRoom (ABN 20 620 425 317). When you buy a Teardown, Matchday pack, 5-Game pack, Finals pack, or Season pack, you're paying for a written scouting analysis (and, on Matchday and above, access to the live bench app for that game), built from public box-score data plus your own Synergy or FastScout access if you add it.
ScoutRoom is built by two coaches, so the rest of the site says we. This page says I on purpose: the contract is with one person, and every obligation below sits with me under that ABN. Who builds the work is on the data & conflict-of-interest page; who is bound by it is here.
Orders are handled manually, not by an automated system. After payment you'll get a receipt from Stripe and an email from me within 24 hours to confirm your team, opponent, and any login details. Delivery is within 48–72 hours of those details being confirmed (Finals pack orders get priority turnaround).
Season pack reports are delivered weekly, the night before each of your games. ScoutRoom is two coaches and delivery rests with me, so here's the pre-agreed rule for the week something goes wrong: if illness or emergency means your report can't land the night before, it slides up to 24 hours — you'll hear from me before the deadline passes, not after, and in almost every case the report still beats tip-off.
If a report genuinely can't reach you before the game, it isn't skipped and it isn't lost: you still get the full report (it holds its value for the return fixture and your own review), and the missed pre-game delivery is made good with one extra report at season's end — your pick of opponent. A pre-paid instalment is never simply dropped.
You can cancel a Season pack at any point: email me and it's done, with no notice period and no exit fee. I re-price the reports you've received (including any whose build has started) at $100 each, the same per-game rate as the 5-Game Pack, and refund whatever remains of your $1,499 within 7 days. A report that missed tip-off under the instalment rule above doesn't count in that re-pricing. If the maths comes out above what you paid, the refund is zero and you owe nothing for cancelling.
Full refund any time before your scout build starts. Once a report is delivered, no refund: you've received the work.
If something's wrong with what you've received (a factual error, a missed detail, anything that doesn't match what was promised), email me and I'll fix it directly. That's a correction, not a refund case, and it's free. Corrections are turned around within 24 hours.
Season packs work the same way, with one addition: cancel mid-season and I refund the undelivered remainder. The exact rule is under Cancelling mid-season above.
Two places collect your information: the free Self-Scout lead form on the site, and the order/checkout process via Stripe.
The club, league and email address you submit go straight to me by email so I can build and send your free Self-Scout. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for anything beyond replying to you about that request.
Payment is processed by Stripe: I never see or store your card details. Stripe passes me your name, email and order details so I can deliver the product and answer support questions. If you add Synergy or FastScout login details for a paid tier, those are used only to build your own order and are never stored in ScoutRoom's own database or shown to any other client. No mailing list, no third-party analytics, no ad tracking. If that changes, this page changes with it.
